*We are not strictly a carpet cleaning business so although we may be able to clean up small soiled areas well, we do not guarantee a completely clean removal. During the walkthrough we will need you to specify the spots as well as what they consist of to give you the best clean within our means possible. 

*We DO NOT SPOT TREAT HIGH PILE (anything over 1/4"), HIDE, WOOL, ETC, SYNTHETIC ONLY. 

*Please be aware spot cleaning will often leave you with a "lighter" color area surrounding the spot where the staining was.
